1. Digital Product Nature

ingan.ai provides AI-generated digital content that is delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, once the service has been fully performed, it cannot be returned in a traditional sense.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Compliance)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already been fully performed.

By completing a purchase on ingan.ai, the customer expressly agrees to:

• the immediate delivery of digital content, and
• the loss of the right of withdrawal once the AI-generated report has been fully generated and delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment caused by a technical error
• Failure of the service to generate or deliver the purchased report
• Clear malfunction that prevents access to the purchased content
