ingan.ai provides AI‑generated psychological and personality analysis based on publicly available Instagram profile data submitted by users. The Service delivers informational and entertainment‑oriented reports and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

You have the right to submit the Instagram username you provide.
You will not use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purposes.
You understand that all outputs are probabilistic AI‑generated interpretations, not factual determinations.

5. Payments

Payments for paid reports are processed via Paddle. Prices, payment methods, and applicable taxes are displayed prior to purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content, including analysis text, designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may use purchased reports for personal, non‑commercial use only.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or outcomes derived from the analysis.
