Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between ironpig inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in relation to the use of the "Carrie" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Customer" refers to any individual who downloads the application provided by the Company through an app store or similar platform to use the Service.
- "User" refers to a customer who has agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and has been granted the right to use the Service by the Company.
- "Service" refers to all functions provided by the Company, including AI relationship counseling, psychological analysis reports, and other related features.
- "Application" refers to the Carrie app provided by the Company for smartphones and other devices.
- "Content" refers to digital information such as text, images, and reports provided within the Service.
- "Paid Content" refers to digital content that a user purchases for a fee.
- "In-App Purchase" refers to payment transactions made within the application to purchase Paid Content.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted within the app or on the official website operated by the Company.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, and any changes will be announced in advance along with the effective date and reason.
- If a user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may stop using the Service and withdraw their account. Continued use of the Service will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
- The service agreement is established when the user installs the app, agrees to the Terms, and the Company approves the use.
- The Company may reject an application or terminate the agreement afterward, particularly in cases of fraudulent use, identity theft, or use for unlawful purposes.
Article 5 (Use and Restriction of Service)
- The Service is, in principle, available 24/7 year-round, but may be suspended due to system maintenance or emergencies.
